What We Do
Inspace is a social and affordable housing specialist.
The breadth of our service starts from the early planning stage of new housing projects through to construction and post occupancy maintenance, repairs and stock improvement. We are also a specialist in regenerating life-expired housing that has to be renewed and often work in joint venture with registered social landlords (RSLs) to transform entire estates consisting of thousands of homes.

Our work caters for all tenure mixes, from affordable rent and shared ownership homes delivered and maintained for RSLs and local authorities to homes for private sale, either for an RSL, a JV partner or Inspace Homes.
Inspace builds over 1,600 new homes a year, many for registered RSLs, and maintains and improves nearly 100,000 across the country.
Projects range in scale from several new homes to several thousand as part of a multi-phase regeneration of estates. Our maintenance and stock reinvestment capability encompasses contracts of between 3,000 and 30,000 homes, including work under the Decent Homes programme.
