Community Player
We aim to be as much a part of the community as the homes we create, maintain and improve. Our teams actively look for ways to get involved and play a positive role; whether it is providing skills training to local people, raising money for local causes, updating residents on latest site activities, arranging site visits for school pupils or day trips for elderly care residents.
On all long-term maintenance and stock re-investment contracts, Tenant Liaison Officers ensure a constant link with residents on Inspace work to their homes. They also organise a continuous programme of events that are not just fun, they maintain a good flow of communication and understanding between residents and Inspace.
We have over 25 people in the business dedicated to managing relationships with the community we work with. Our approach to community is so much more then just homes!
