Our Community Team
On new-build homes and regeneration work, we have an in-house community team that works with clients to help ensure residents feel a valued part of the process to create their new homes. This extends into wider community issues, such as local employment and training, plus organising fund raising events for local good causes.
With long-term responsive repair and maintenance work, each contract has a Tenant Liaison Officer who is a direct link to the community. They are a great point of contact with residents to discuss any issues they have and generally keep an ‘ear to the ground’ when it comes to overall satisfaction of the service.
